1.Dal Baati churma

The recipe of Gatte sabzi curd ,tomates ,onion -Garlic paste,coriander ,red chilli and many more tasty spices these are basic spices to make gravy First step is take a bowl or besan ,turmeric ,red chili powder ,salt or oil mix well or make a tight doo then after Being 4 cups water to boil in a large kadai , gently add rolled gatte sticks into the boiling water.On a medium heat , cook gatte. till it starts to float.Once cooked , gatte starts floating and bubbles will be seen on them .Pan all tadka is done with cumin seeds then ginger -garlic paste is added . After this the boiled gatte are cut into small cylindrical shapes and mixed with gravy and cooked for some time on low flame .
